 To Obtain Warranty Service :
Should your product require warranty service, please contact Limsng sales and make sure the problem, the sales will show you the return products form,then you can delivery the goods back after finished it. Limsng won't sign for any return products that we did not get any notice ahead.
About the warranty, all products you purchase from Limsng company ( do not including Limsng Shop and Limsng show room)are guaranteed to exchange within 3 month and repair for 1 year since the day of purchaser received our products. If purchaser is a reseller, the warranty time from the vendor receives the products from our company.
What's not Covered :
This warranty does not cover any appearance item, any accessories used in conjunction with the product.
This warranty does not cover any damage to the products resulting from natural disaster, fire, civil unrest and/or accidents.
This warranty does not cover any damage to a speaker that has been subjected to power in excess of its published power rating.
This warranty does not cover defects or damage caused by unauthorized parts or labor.
This warranty does not cover any damage to the product resulting from alternations, misuse or abuse, wrong electrical supply, subsequent damage from leaking, damaged or inoperative batteries or the use of batteries not conforming to those specified in the Owner's Instructions.
This warranty does not cover dismantling or installation of car stereo system for repair or after repair.
Altered, defaced or removed serial numbers and/or this warranty card void this Warranty.
Limsng excludes any obligation on its part for incidental and consequential damages, including property and personal injury damages, related to the failure of its product to function properly under the conditions set forth above.
Limsng gives no other warranties, whether expressed or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for particular purpose.
Several parts are not for free: DVD loader and TFT-LCD; LCD panel.
About the shipping charges and return goods:
Customer need pay the shipping charges when the faulty item back to us in China, the cost maybe refundable if a serious errors have been made by our company. In these cases, we will communicate with our customer after we get the faulty products and check it. Our company pay the shipping charges when the repaired products back to customer. the repaired or exchanged items will be deliveried out in 7 days. Limsng sales will negotiate with clients if any special conditions.
The repaired products with be return with the original or similar carton.
After the warranty period of validity, purchaser must pay all labor or parts charges.
If the return goods is not limsng products, or we can not find the repaired label from the products, limsng will not repair such products.
Please finish the following items when you return the goods :
1. Write the product name into "present".
2. Write the total value of the product no more than USD50 .
3. Send the product to us by EMS or by UPS.
4. Dismantle the battery .
5.Return the broken part and mark the problem of it . |
